Located in a building with a unique architectural character, with easy access by lift, it is the perfect base to regenerate among healing waters, good food and breathtaking landscapes.

Space designed for your relaxation. The apartment has been designed as an urban tiny house: every detail is taken care of to ensure maximum comfort in an intelligent and functional space, capable of accommodating up to 4 people. The sleeping area and the living area are elegantly separated by a custom-made wall of furniture, creating distinct and harmonious environments. The double bed ensures restful nights after a day at the spa, while the double sofa bed in the living area offers a comfortable solution for those traveling as a couple or with friends. The fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave and dishwasher, allows you to live the apartment with full autonomy, without giving up anything. The private bathroom, air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi, television in the living area and the projector above the double bed complete an equipment designed for a carefree stay. A few steps from the apartment you will find a private laundry area, accessible with a dedicated key, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and drying rack. For those arriving by car, the area offers free street parking. And after a day spent in the spa, nothing better than relaxing on the private balcony overlooking the city, with a glass of wine and the Tuscan sunset in the background. Chianciano Terme is renowned throughout Europe for its beneficial thermal waters, with a historic centre full of charm, restaurants with typical Sienese cuisine and artisan shops. In a few kilometres, the wonders of Val d'Orcia, Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino open up.

Self check-in with a key box, between 16:00 and 20:00. Once the online registration is complete you receive the box code together with photos of the building, the lift and the flat door. If anything goes wrong, message us on Airbnb chat and we will get you in. We answer every day from 9:00 to 20:00. Please complete the online registration before you travel, not on the doorstep. Italian law requires us to register every guest before entry. Parking is free on the street nearby, with space even in high season. The private laundry room is immediately to the right of the flat door and opens with its own key. Please lock it again after use and bring the key back inside the apartment.

So that nothing is a surprise, here is what is in the flat and what is not. What you will find: bed linen and towels for the number of guests booked, toilet paper for the first days, one dose of dishwasher detergent, pots, pans and all cooking utensils, washer, dryer, iron and drying rack in the private laundry room. What we do not provide: food and seasonings (salt, oil, pepper, coffee) and consumables such as hand soap, laundry detergent, tea towels, bin bags and kitchen paper. Shops are within walking distance in the centre of Chianciano. This is a 31 sqm studio: the sleeping and living areas are separated by a fitted partition, not by a wall. Forgotten something?
